January/February Registration is now open for the Jan/Feb 2023 series of Gentle Yoga classes. This series will meet on all eight Wednesdays (1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15 and 2/22) from 11:00am-12:15pm at Om Namo Center, 93 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA. 
​Classes are limited to vaccinated, boosted students. New students need prior approval from the instructor to attend. Masks are optional but always welcome. Please bring your own mat. Cost for the series is $112. Students may also attend individual classes, space permitting ($16/class). The series may be purchased by credit card on this website or by mailed check (email Susan for address). Individual classes may be paid for in cash or by check at the class(es) attended or before.

PRIVATE SOMATIC MOVEMENT LESSONS
​Private somatic movement lessons are available in person at the Watertown Center for Healing Arts (Watertown, MA) or on Zoom. The goal of private lessons is to identify a sequence of exercises tailored to the individual student's needs. Once learned, the exercises can be done independently for sustained benefit. Home practice is essential. If you are new to Somatic Movement, you are encouraged but not required to complete an online, self-paced introductory course before undertaking private lessons. Doing this will help you to learn the basic movements before working individually with Susan.  A good starting course would be the Level One Course provided through the Somatic Movement Center. It is two months long and costs $45.  Find out more and register at somaticmovementcenter.com.
